Deposit & Payment
A 25% deposit may be required to schedule services
Remaining balance is due at the time of service unless agreed upon payment plan
Accepted payment methods: Check, ACH, Credit Card, or Cash
Lead Risk Assessment cost may range from $800-$2000+, based on size of property and level of inspection need (ex. XRF, dust, soil, and water sampling)
Discount of up to $500 off for each unit beyond initial property.
Additional Services:
Clearance/Lead Safe Certification starts at $350+, also based on the size of the property.
Discounts for multiple units of 3+ are available (>3 units, cost becomes $250 per unit)
Compliant with EPA, HUD, and Local Municipal Standards
Rescheduling, No‑Show, and Cancellation
No‑show: Deposit retained
Rescheduling requires a new 25% deposit
Deposits are nonrefundable except for company cancellation (force majeure)
Late Fees & Collections
Returned check or failed payment: $35 fee
Payments received past due date on invoice will be subject to a 1.5% late fee per month.
Accounts sent to collections may include additional administrative costs
Legal Notices
Attorney’s fees may be recovered if enforcement or collection is required
Liability is limited to fees paid, except in cases of gross negligence
All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Dauphin County, PA

Inspections reflect conditions at time of service only
No guarantee of future compliance or absence of lead hazards
Travel Fees
Additional mileage or travel fees may apply for properties with greater travel distances. This may be waived with multiple inspections or properties scheduled.
Primary Service Coverage Area by County: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry.
Able to conduct inspection throughout PA; Travel outside of the Primary Service Area will have a travel fee associated with distance of travel.
